**Job Role: Lead GCP Data Engineer**

**Location: San Jose, CA (Onsite)**

**Visa: H1B with PP , EAD, USC**

**Job Description:**

– **Total Experience: 10+ Years**
– **Require 5-7 years of experience Data Engineers GCP**
– **Strong knowledge in writing and interpreting complex SQL queries – Experience in GCP is a plus.**
– **Strong ability to design, develop, test and maintain ETL solutions in Google Cloud Platform, especially in BigQuery.**

– Strong ability to design, develop, test and maintain ETL solutions in Google Cloud Platform, especially in BigQuery.
– Experience in discovering the raw information from different sources to create consistent, scalable architectures that enable data extraction and transformation for data analytics
– Good analytical knowledge in understanding the business needs and translating them to technical requirements
– Experience in UC4 is a plus.

**Key Responsibilities**

– To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
– To conduct comprehensive code reviews and establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimisation, implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
– To ensure process compliance in the assigned module and participate in technical discussions/reviews as a technical consultant for feasibility studies (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
– To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives and deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations
