Position: Lead Java Developer

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Visa: Only H1B ON w2 contract

Job Description:

* 10+ Years of strong Java fundamentals Experience
* A candidate must be hands on senior engineer who will be able to lead the team and will coordinate with offshore team members.
* Should have good communication skills as he will be interacting with business and product teams very often.
* Should be proactive and be ready to take more responsibilities.
* Should have a positive attitude and aptitude.
* Should be able to lead the team of 10+ people at onshore/offshore.
* Should be able to identify project risks, keep all the stakeholders in the loop in timely manner
