**Position:** Lead Java Developer
**Location:** Wilmington, DE (Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
**Employment Type:** Full-time (W2 only)
**Visa Eligibility:** US Citizens, Green Card holders, GC EAD, H4 EAD, L2 EAD, and candidates eligible for H1B transfer with at least 12 months of visa validity
**Experience Required:** 15+ years​

**Key Skills:**

* Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, MVC, AOP, and Batch processing
* Experience with MongoDB and CI/CD pipelines
* Strong understanding of data security and auditing processes​

**Responsibilities:**

* Lead the design and development of Java-based applications
* Implement best practices for code quality and performance
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions​

**Note:** Preference for candidates residing near Wilmington, DE

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $80.00 – $90.00 per hour
