We are seeking a highly skilled PeopleSoft Business Analyst (Functional Lead) with 10+ years of experience to support and enhance PeopleSoft HCM (v9.2 or higher). This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a state project and contribute to system enhancements, business process optimization, and seamless HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze, document, and implement PeopleSoft HCM functional solutions.
Configure and support multiple PeopleSoft HCM modules, including HR, Compensation, Position Management, Talent Acquisition, ESS/MSS, Performance, and Learning Management.
Conduct requirement gathering, gap analysis, and process improvement for PeopleSoft functionalities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and system workflows.
Work with IT teams to develop functional and technical architecture.
Develop custom PeopleSoft queries and reports to support HR operations.
Perform end-to-end testing (SIT & UAT) and ensure smooth system integration.
Write and execute complex SQL scripts (DML & DQL) for data analysis and reporting.
Provide production support, troubleshooting, and training to end users.
Must-Have Skills:
10+ years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM (v9.2 or higher).
Strong expertise in HR, Compensation, Performance, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, and ESS/MSS.
Experience in full lifecycle implementations design, configuration, testing & deployment.
Advanced SQL Skills And Experience With PeopleSoft Query.
Strong knowledge of business process mapping and system integration.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working on state/government projects is a plus!
