**The Impact You’ll Make in this Role**

Solventum Transformation & Separation Management Office is seeking a Manager of Finance to help shape and drive the separation of Solventum from 3M, while developing a world-class Finance function at a global public company. This is a unique opportunity to build a critical function within Solventum and to help the company drive change management and establish itself as a newly independent entity. You will support VP, Finance, Separation Management Office & Transformation and other finance executives to lead transformational projects that enhance product innovation, optimize supply chain efficiencies, and drive margin expansion.

As the Manager of Finance, you will make an impact by:

* Partnering with finance, supply chain, businesses and product management teams to identify margin improvement opportunities and develop actionable supply chain strategies that align with overall business goals
* Analyzing and managing costs associated with the supply chain for new products, working to identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality or performance
* Leading cross-functional transformation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering measurable improvements in efficiency and profitability
* Leveraging data analytics to evaluate project performance, market trends, and supply chain efficiencies, providing actionable insights that inform decision-making and strategy development
* Monitoring financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations
* Conducting variance analysis and identify trends to inform decision-making
* Assessing potential risks associated with transformation initiatives, developing and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes
* Identifying opportunities for process enhancements within the finance function and TMO.
* Implementing best practices in financial reporting and analysis
* Fostering strong relationships with internal teams to ensure financial alignment with transformation objectives

**Your Skills and Expertise**

The ideal candidate will have proven experience with leading enterprise-wide projects and supporting business partners to deliver critical work on time and on budget. The successful candidate should be a self-starter, adept at influencing others through data-driven analyses and strong communication and collaboration skills. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree or higher and 7 years of combined experience in Finance or Accounting
* Five (5) years of experience in supply chain management or operations finance, with a focus on cost management, new product development and margin enhancement within a manufacturing industry.

**Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:**

* MBA or other advanced degree
* Strong understanding of supply chain principles, cost structures, and financial metrics
* Advanced proficiency in Excel (advanced queries, data consolidation, automation) and experience with supply chain software and tools, experience with ERP systems is advantageous
* Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
* Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Adaptability, flexibility and ability to foster strong working relationships across all layers of the organization
* Ability to add value and work on special projects when the need arises

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $160,284 – $195,903, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
