Vacuum Technology Inc. is a leading manufacturer of laboratory equipment dedicated to developing innovative products for clients worldwide. We are seeking a Sales/Service Engineer to join our team, drive new business, and enhance our customer service.
**Responsibilities:**
* Develop new business opportunities to meet sales targets.
* Attend industry events and follow up with potential customers.
* Maintain a database of sales and service opportunities.
* Perform onsite installation, commissioning, and training.
* Troubleshoot issues and provide outstanding customer service.
* Maintain complete and accurate service logs.
* Communicate effectively with our China factory.
**Qualifications:**
* Fluent in Mandarin and English, with professional language and writing skills.
* Strong initiative and a customer-focused attitude.
* Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
* Ability to travel frequently.
* Experience: 1–3 years as an electro/mechanical technician.
* Experience: 1–3 years in a sales role.
* Required license or certification: Valid driver’s license and passport with a good driving record.

**Compensation:** $24–$28 per hour
