**Job Summary:**
* **Bilingual (Mandarin** **Chinese and English) is a must requirement for this job.**
* **Fluent in writing, reading and speaking in Mandarin** **Chinese and English.**
* Minimum of 1-2 year of experience in a similar role or as a marketing assistant
* Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Graphic Design or related field
* Strong interest in digital marketing, with experience or knowledge in SEO and Chinese and American social media platforms in (e.g., TikTok, 小红书, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc )
* Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics
* Familiarity with basic graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Capcut)
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Proactive and positive attitude, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both Mandarin Chinese and English.
* Ability to conduct market research and analyze data to inform decisions
**Job Descriptions:**
* **Content Creation:** Develop and schedule engaging social media content—including posts and videos—tailored to the unique audiences of each platform, complete with compelling captions.
* **Video Production:** Capture and edit video content from daily events, transforming them into captivating social media stories and reels.
