” 4-day workweek; off every night, weekend, and holiday
” Medical Director Leadership component: assist with specialty growth and development of hospital, be involved in Accountable Care Organization initiatives, assist with policy/procedure review, and more
” No call for enhanced work-life balance
” Procedures optional with onsite procedure room
” Opportunity to see OB up to 20 weeks before transition of care, if desired
” Specialty interests can be supported; opportunity to be your own specialist
