**Role:** MIM Consultant

**Location:** Fort Mill, SC (Onsite)

**Duration:** Contract

**Work Authorization:** (H1B/H4 EAD/L2 EAD/USC/GC)

**Mandatory:** Major Incident Management, ITIL, Vendor Management

**Job Description:**

Responsibilities

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, engineering, or a related experience

At least three to five years’ experience working in a prior incident/crisis management role.

Strong experience working with IT Service Management Tools – Service Now

Strong knowledge of IT service management frameworks including ITIL and COBIT.

Experience with APM and Infrastructure Monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Solarwinds, Splunk.

Experience providing support for cloud-based solutions in AWS, Azure.

Experience with cloud architecture (containers, PODs,) and orchestration technologies (Kubernetes, Docker)

Excellent managerial skills and ability to collaborate with team members.

Ability to analyze a high volume of technical data and work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem solving, analytical, and time management skills.
