* Basic understanding of areas of GIS
* Be able to gather information in reports from multiple sources, as well as compare information between different sources
* Technical knowledge of GIS
* Able to communicate with end user so Gather information around account ownership
* Troubleshoot user issues and answer user questions

Must Have Skills:

* GIS
* ArcGIS Business System Analyst
* ArcGIS Desktop
* ArcGIS Server
