Detailed Job Description & Must have skills:

* Lead the migration of TIBCO Business Works (BW), Enterprise Message Service (EMS), and Business Events (BE) applications to Java-based solutions.
* Design, develop, and maintain Java applications using Spring Boot.
* Implement and manage Kafka-based messaging and streaming solutions.
* Deploy and manage applications on OpenShift.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
* Optimize and troubleshoot migration solutions to ensure high performance and reliability.
* Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
* Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
* Develop and maintain technical documentation for migration solutions.
* Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.
* Extensive experience with TIBCO Business Works (BW), Enterprise Message Service (EMS), and Business Events (BE).
* Experience with Java coding and Spring Boot.
* Proficiency in designing and implementing integration solutions and messaging systems.
* Experience with Apache/Confluent Kafka, including setup, configuration, and management.
* Experience with OpenShift or other container orchestration platforms.
* Solid understanding of enterprise integration patterns and best practices.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Experience in leading a technical team and interacting with stakeholders for requirement gathering and Analysis
* Experience in interacting with offshore team and coordinating delivery
* Experience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
* Familiarity with other integration and messaging technologies.
* Certification in TIBCO, Java, or Kafka technologies.
