**Title: .Net Developer**

**Location: Milwaukee/Madison, WI**

**Visa: Any visa except H1B**

**Note: We are looking for W2 candidates who can work on our W2**

**Job Description**

**Educational Background:**

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering is preferred. Equivalent hands-on experience will also be considered.

**Development Passion:**

Strong enthusiasm for software development, with a well-rounded background in building new systems, as well as maintaining and supporting existing applications.

**Technical Experience:**

At least 6 years of hands-on experience using the Microsoft technology stack, including:

· Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)

· C#

· ASP.NET MVC

· Web API

· Additional Technology Skills (Nice to Have):

Experience with any of the following is a bonus:

· React

· Flutter

· Data integration tools or platforms

· Database Knowledge:

Proficient in working with SQL Server and other database systems.

· Team Collaboration:

Proven ability to work closely with cross-functional teams including internal clients, business analysts, project managers, and fellow developers to gather requirements and deliver quality solutions.

**Problem Solving & Automation:**

A creative thinker focused on automating repetitive tasks and empowering users through self-service solutions.

**Quality & Process-Oriented:**

A detail-driven professional who values quick, incremental improvements and is committed to continuous process enhancement.

**Agile Environment Fit:**

Comfortable and effective working in Agile or Lean development setups, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and iterative delivery.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50.00 – $55.00 per hour

Schedule:

* Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
