**Job Title: NetSuite Financial Consultant/Developer**

**Location: San Jose, CA (Onsite)**

**Employment Type: Full-Time/Contract**

**Duties and Key Responsibilities:**

– **Collaborate**
with finance and IT teams to gather and understand business requirements related to financial processes.
– **Design and develop SuiteScript customizations**
, workflows, and integrations to automate tasks, enhance reporting, and streamline financial operations.
– **Configure and maintain financial modules**
within
**NetSuite**
, including
**General Ledger**
,
**Accounts Receivable**
,
**Accounts Payable**
,
**Fixed Assets**
, and
**Inventory**
.
– **Develop and implement data integrations**
with external systems such as banks, payment processors, and other ERP systems.
– Conduct
**unit testing, integration testing**
, and
**user acceptance testing (UAT)**
to ensure the functionality and quality of customizations.
– **Document all customizations**
and maintain clear, concise technical and user documentation.
– Stay
**up-to-date**
on the latest
**NetSuite features**
and industry best practices.
– **Troubleshoot and resolve issues**
related to
**NetSuite financial modules**
to ensure system stability and optimal performance.
– **Assist with NetSuite upgrades and migrations**
, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to financial processes.

**Qualifications:**

**Education:**

– **Bachelor’s degree**
in
**Computer Science**
,
**Information Technology**
,
**Accounting**
, or related field.

**Experience:**

– Minimum
**5 years of experience**
developing and customizing
**cloud-based ERP systems**

– Must have
**recent experience**
working with
**NetSuite financials**
.

**Skills:**

– Strong
**understanding of accounting principles**
and
**financial best practices**

– Proficient in
**SuiteScript**

**JavaScript**

**HTML**
for developing customizations and workflows.
– Experience with

**REST APIs**

**data integration tools**
is a plus.
– **NetSuite technical skills**
