Network Architect – Locals Only

Job Description

A Public Sector client of ours is looking for an Network Architect to work on their ongoing project in the Richmond, VA office.

Below are the additional details of this role:

Required Skills:

* Extensive knowledge and experience with Data and Network Monitoring technologies, standards, and practices for management of the broadband circuit portfolio.
* Ability to assist with the Data Networking services lifecycle from strategic planning to operations and financials; from a broadband circuit perspective.
* Wireless mobile phone and Data Networking expertise required to specify business requirements for current & future services.
* Ability to perform Voice and Data Networking technology and operational assessments to manage the legacy portfolio/tech debt to create future roadmaps.
* Experience with wireless Intune MDM for configuration of wireless settings for devices
* Experience in managing general technology incidents and leading them to resolution.
* Understands best practices in service management including contract and vendor management in an outsourcing or shared service
* Responsible for responding to and resolving customer/agency escalations
