Job Description

Join a compassionate, highly collegial team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center as a full-time Hospitalist/Nocturnist. In this role, you will collaborate with a stable group and work to serve a medically diverse patient population. Enjoy access to system-wide support and conduct meaningful work in Richland, Washington.

* 7-on/7-off nights only schedule
* 161 twelve hour shifts per year
* Tele-health support for cross coverage
* Premium pay available for working nights exclusively
* Experience preferred but IM new graduates are welcome to apply
* Kadlec is a non-profit that qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
* Access to professional student loan consultant
* H1b and J1 waiver eligible
* Compensation is between $270,322 and $361,204 per year
* The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them
