Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Node.js Developer for an in-house project at our Peachtree Corners, GA location. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Node.js, Express.js, NPM (Node Package Manager), and Socket.io, with strong expertise in back-end development, real-time communication, and scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain server-side logic using Node.js and Express.js. Manage and utilize NPM (Node Package Manager) for installing and managing packages. Implement real-time communication features using Socket.io. Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Ensure code quality, testing, and deployment processes. Optimize performance and scalability of back-end systems. Required Skills: Proficiency in Node.js and Express.js. Experience with NPM (Node Package Manager) for package management. Expertise in Socket.io for real-time, bidirectional communication between clients and servers. Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration with front-end systems. Familiarity with database systems such as MongoDB or SQL. Understanding of asynchronous programming, event-driven architecture, and microservices. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in Node.js development. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
