**Responsibilities**
* Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and organizing office logistics.
* Utilizing SEO techniques, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools to enhance our online presence and reach. Include google ads
* Develop engaging written content for marketing materials such as website maintenance, blog posts, social media content, and promotional materials.
* Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and prepare high-quality responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotes (RFQs), and other business opportunities.
* Ensure that all proposals and marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent tone and style.
