Job Title: QA Analyst

Location: Remote (U.S.-based)

**Mostly prefers who are willing to work on W2 contract( Can consider the H1B Transfer)**

Pay Rate: $50/hr. On W2

**Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Analyst with 8+ years of hands-on QA experience in testing healthcare and benefits-related systems. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in manual testing, strong SQL skills, and thorough knowledge of Medicaid, CHIP, SNAP, and TANF programs to ensure high-quality, reliable applications.

**Required Skills & Experience:**

– 8+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
– Strong domain knowledge of
**Medicaid, CHIP, SNAP, and TANF programs**
– Extensive experience in
**manual testing.**
– Advanced proficiency in
**SQL**
for backend data validation
– Experience testing eligibility, benefits, or case management systems
– Strong understanding of
**SDLC and STLC**
– Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
