Position : OPT Recruiter

Location : Remote

We are looking for a OPT Recruiter with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience. This is a Remote opportunity.

Roles & Responsibilities:

– Recruit OPT/CPT/US Citizen/Green Card consultants and get them on our W2

– Strong experience in H1B Transfer/Project Transfer resources

– Hands-on experience in hiring OPT/CPT candidates from various sources

– Contact recent masters students in the US and encourage them to join our consultancy

– Screen resumes, maintain a candidate database, and follow up daily

– Negotiate compensation/packages and assess qualifications for consultants

– Extensive knowledge of Visa Filling and Contract Terms

– Excellent interpersonal, rapport-building, and negotiation skills

Qualifications:

– 2 Years of recruiting experience

– Any Degree

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills

– Willingness to work in USA timings

– Self-directed, able to work independently, responsive, and detail-oriented
