Oracle EBS Finance Technical Lead

**Location:**
Tulsa, OK (Hybrid – 3 days a week)

**Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Finance Technical Lead to design, develop, and deliver robust financial solutions using Oracle E-Business Suite (R12 and above). The ideal candidate will partner with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to build scalable systems, lead development efforts, and ensure compliance, performance, and best practices across the EBS Finance landscape.

**Key Responsibilities**

– Lead the technical design, development, and deployment of Oracle EBS Finance solutions (R12 and later).
– Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
– Oversee development and maintenance of RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions).
– Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and timelines.
– Manage configurations, performance tuning, and troubleshooting across Oracle EBS Finance modules.
– Support and enhance Oracle EBS Financial modules, including:
– General Ledger (GL)
– Accounts Payable (AP)
– Accounts Receivable (AR)
– Fixed Assets (FA)
– Cash Management (CM)
– Subledger Accounting (SLA)
– Lead and support EBS upgrades, patches, and system integrations with other enterprise applications.
– Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation (design specs, test plans, deployment procedures).
– Ensure compliance with SOX, security, and data governance standards.
– Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize automation, performance, and scalability.

**Required Qualifications**

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
– **10+ years of Oracle E-Business Suite(Oracle Apps R12) technical development experience, including 5+ years in a Lead or Senior Developer capacity.**
– **Deep expertise in Oracle SCM, Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA).**
– Strong proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, BI Publisher, Workflow, and OA Framework.
– Proven hands-on experience with RICE components and EBS R12 upgrades, patches, and integrations.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business processes.
– Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
– Knowledge of SOX compliance, IT controls, and financial system security best practices.
