Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Functional Consultant

Location: Onsite – NJ/NY Metro Area (4 Days/Week)

Visa: USC, GC, H1B transfer, EAD

**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Functional Consultant to join our team onsite in the NJ/NY area. This role is focused on functional payroll support, with a strong expectation of technical fluency in Oracle Cloud tools and integrations. You will work closely with payroll administrators, managers, and directors to ensure smooth and accurate payroll operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

– Support weekly and bi-weekly payroll runs in Oracle Cloud HCM
– Assist payroll teams with payroll loads, run settings, and retro pay scenarios
– Specialize in retro pay processing using Fast Formulas
– Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve payroll issues
– Provide functional support with technical insight into:Fast Formulas, Payroll Extracts, HDL, and BI Reports
– Integrations with payroll and benefits partners
– Ensure accuracy in: Payroll balance adjustments
– Back-dated salary or grade/step increases
– Late or corrected time/absence entries
– Back-dated element changes (e.g., allowances, deductions)
– Corrected benefit/compensation elections impacting taxable pay

**Required Skills**

– Proven experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll functional support
– Deep understanding of retro pay logic and Fast Formula development
– Familiarity with HDL, Payroll Extracts, BI Publisher, and OTBI
– Strong grasp of payroll integrations with third-party vendors
– Ability to work cross-functionally with HR, Benefits, and Finance teams
– Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
