Position: Oracle Cloud HCM Techno-Functional Consultant

Location: Dallas, TX 3 days office (Mandatory (No Exceptions)) and 2 days remote

Duration: Longterm

VISA: H1B, & USC

Rate: $ Open

We are looking for an Oracle Cloud HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Compensation, and Benefits.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical and functional knowledge to support implementations, enhancements, and troubleshooting within Oracle Cloud HCM.

Required Skills & Experience:

* 5+ years of experience as an Oracle Cloud HCM Techno-Functional Consultant.
* Strong expertise in Payroll, Core HR, Absence Management, Compensation, and Benefits.
* Hands-on experience in Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and HDL (HCM Data Loader), Oracle Integration Cloud.
* Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP Web Services.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

* Implement, configure, and support Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Compensation, and Benefits).
* Work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations.
* Develop and troubleshoot HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI Reports, and Integrations.
* Provide production support and optimize existing processes.
* Collaborate with stakeholders for testing, issue resolution, and enhancements.
