**Client:** Oracle Platinum Implementation Partner

**Term:** Permanent

**Home Base:** Remote in US or Canada (with 30-40% travel)

**Standard Base Salary for Delivery/Implementation Lead Role:** $170K – $180K + Bonus + Benefits

**Primary Module Experience Needed:** Order Management, Inventory Management, Cost Management, Procurement Management

**Job Summary:**

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM) Lead Consultant to manage mid-to-large-size client engagements and contribute to the growth and development of the consulting practice. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic and innovative environment, delivering high-quality Oracle Cloud SCM solutions to clients in the Oracle community. The consultant will guide clients through all phases of Oracle Cloud SCM implementation and should possess expertise in multiple Oracle Cloud SCM modules. The successful candidate will have completed three or more end-to-end implementations in Oracle Cloud SCM and will excel in problem-solving, client management, and delivering cutting-edge solutions.

**Minimum and/or Preferred Qualifications:**

* Lead mid-to-large-size and complex consulting projects simultaneously, focusing on Oracle Cloud SCM implementations.
* Experience with three or more end-to-end implementations in Oracle Cloud SCM.
* Expert knowledge of multiple Oracle Cloud SCM modules such as Order Management, Inventory Management, Cost Management, and others.
* Strong experience in leading functional and technical design sessions, with hands-on implementation expertise.
* Proven experience with guiding clients through business process improvements and optimization.
* Ability to lead teams, work independently, and manage multiple task assignments.
* Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and communication skills.

**Must Have:**

* **Oracle Cloud:** Minimum 6+ years of Oracle Cloud experience.
* **End-to-End Implementations:** 3+ Oracle Cloud SCM implementations as a Lead.
* **Consulting Experience:** Previous experience with an Oracle Partner and/or System Implementer.
* Strong consulting experience and business analytical skills to gather and document business requirements, lead fit-gap analysis, business process designs, manage conference room pilots (CRPs), perform functional configuration, and manage testing of ERP SCM solutions.
* Ability to maintain a positive attitude under stressful circumstances.
* Willingness to travel as needed (30-40% travel).

**Certificates:**

* Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management Implementation Specialist – preferred.
* Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning Cloud Service Implementation Specialist – preferred.
