Job Title: Oracle EBS Business Analyst-

Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Open to Remote for exceptional candidates

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Business Analyst to join our team supporting an ongoing Oracle E-Business Suite upgrade to version 12.2. The ideal candidate will bridge technical and functional teams, playing a key role in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensuring that business processes within Finance and Accounting are fully supported and optimized throughout the upgrade.

This role calls for a strong communicator who can effectively engage stakeholders, translate business needs into system requirements, and ensure the delivered solution aligns with operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

– Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
– Lead and coordinate UAT activities — including test planning, script development, execution, and issue tracking.
– Collaborate closely with Oracle functional and technical teams to validate solutions against requirements.
– Communicate findings, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and business-friendly manner.
– Support ongoing enhancements, troubleshooting, and process optimization as part of the upgrade initiative.

**Required Qualifications**

– Proven experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Financial Modules — including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Fixed Assets (FA).
– Strong understanding of business processes in Finance and Accounting.
– Demonstrated success in leading or managing UAT efforts within ERP or Oracle-related projects.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex details to non-technical users.
– Preferred Qualifications
– Hands-on experience supporting or executing an Oracle EBS upgrade to version 12.2.
– Experience working in a hybrid team environment and collaborating across multiple departments.
