Oracle ECM Developer

Mount Laurel, NJ – (3 days onsite role)(Need Only Local and Nearby State Candidates)

Visas: H1B(PP Number Mandatory), USC

Linkedin is mandatory and should be on or before 2019.

No JNTU University candidates

Candidates LinkedIn Should be Created before 2018 and should be Updated

Client Expectation:

Strong hands-on Oracle FCCM ECM customization experience

Must have implemented changes, not just supported environments

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and modify ECM workflows

Build custom UI components

Perform product customizations using Oracle assembly framework

Integrate ECM workflows with downstream systems

Replace work traditionally done by Oracle Consulting (professional services)

Mandatory Skills:

Oracle FCCM ECM module

Advanced PL/SQL

Strong understanding of FCCM data model

Experience with end-to-end product customization

Nice to Have:

Prior Oracle Consulting / product-implementation background

Exposure to AML domain

Explicitly NOT Looking For:

L2 / batch support only profiles

Incident management or monitoring-only experience.
