**Role: Oracle EPM Consolidations Lead Consultant**

**Client: Oracle Platinum Implementation Partner**

**Term: Permanent**

**Home base: Remote in US or Canada (with 30- 40% travel client related travelling)**

**Work Authorization: all accepted – client does provide H1b Visa & Green Card sponsorship**

**Standard Base Salary for Delivery/Implementation Lead role: $185K – $190K + Bonus + Benefits**

**Primary Module experience needed: EPM FCC, ARCS, TRCS (****preferred****)**

**JOB SUMMARY**: Our client is looking for a highly experienced Oracle EPM Consolidations Lead Consultant responsible for managing mid to large-size client engagements and contributing to the consulting practice’s growth and development. The ideal candidate will thrive in an innovative and collaborative environment, delivering quality service and cutting-edge Oracle EPM Consolidations solutions to clients in the Oracle community.

**MINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:**

* Lead mid to large-size and complex consulting projects simultaneously, focusing on Oracle EPM Consolidations.
* Experience leading 5-6 full-lifecycle Oracle Consolidations (HFM or FCCS) projects.
* Expert knowledge of Oracle Cloud Financial Consolidations and Close (FCC) is required.
* Experience leading functional and technical design sessions, with hands-on experience in implementing Oracle Financial Consolidations and Close Cloud (FCC) solutions.
* Strong experience in scriptwriting in Calculation Manager.
* Experience with Data Management, including data and metadata loading.
* Experience with Narrative Reporting is a plus.
* **Experience with Accounts Reconciliation Cloud (ARCS) and Tax Reporting Cloud (TRCS) is a plus.**

**MUST HAVE:**

* **Oracle Cloud:** minimum 6+ years of Oracle Cloud experience
* **End-to-End Cloud Implementations:** 5+ Oracle Cloud implementations, minimum 3 as a Lead.
* **Consulting Experience:** Past experience with an Oracle Partner and/or System Implementer.
+ Strong consulting experience and business analytical skills to gather and document business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, business process designs, managing conference room pilots (CRPs), perform functional configuration, and manage testing of procurement ERP solutions.
+ **Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and communication skills**

**CERTIFICATES:**

* Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Cloud Service Implementation Specialist – preferred
* Oracle Hyperion Financial Management Certified Implementation Specialist – preferred
* Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service 2021 Certified Implementation Specialist – preferred
