**Job Title:**
Oracle EPM Technical Consultant

**Location:**
REMOTE (Denver, CO; Cedar Rapids, IA; or Philadelphia, PA (preferred)

6 Month Contract (Likely Extensions as this is a 2-3 year program)

**About the Role:**
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud ERP & EPM (PBCS, FCCS) Consultant to join our finance transformation team. This role is primarily ERP-focused, but requires strong knowledge of how ERP integrates with EPM systems, with an emphasis on financial reporting, accounting, and CFO-level analytics.

The consultant will work closely with Finance, FP&A, and Controller teams to support ERP–EPM integration, streamline reporting processes, and ensure accurate consolidation and analysis across the enterprise.

**Key Responsibilities**

– Serve as the functional lead for Oracle Cloud ERP (GL, FAH, AP, AR) with integration knowledge into EPM (PBCS, FCCS).
– Design and support ERP-to-EPM data flows including journals, balances, and chart of accounts mapping.
– Collaborate with FP&A, Controllers, and CFO stakeholders to deliver timely and accurate financial reporting.
– Support FAH (Financial Accounting Hub) integrations, ensuring proper accounting treatment across subledgers.
– Work with business teams on journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting requirements across ERP and EPM.
– Provide expertise in EPM reporting, Essbase, and Smart View to support planning, consolidation, and financial reporting.
– Troubleshoot and resolve issues in ERP–EPM data integration, balancing, and reporting processes.
– Collaborate with IT and vendor partners to enhance data quality, automate reporting, and improve integration performance.
– Support quarterly and annual financial close processes and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

**Required Qualifications**

– 7+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud ERP (Financials) including GL, AP, AR, FAH.
– Strong functional knowledge of accounting, journal entries, balances, and reconciliations.
– Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM (PBCS, FCCS, Essbase, Smart View, EPM Reporting).
– Proven experience in ERP ↔ EPM integrations for financial data consolidation and reporting.
– Experience working with CFO teams, Controllers, and FP&A stakeholders on reporting and analytics.
– Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for ERP and EPM data flows.
– Excellent communication and documentation skills for cross-functional collaboration.

**Preferred Skills**

– Prior involvement in finance transformation projects or ERP–EPM modernization initiatives.
– Knowledge of reporting automation and integration tools (e.g., FDMEE, data management, REST APIs).
– Experience with consolidations, GAAP/IFRS compliance, and financial close cycles.
– Familiarity with data warehouse and BI reporting tools.
