Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant with expertise in Benefits Enrollment and Integrations to support a critical Open Enrollment period for our customer. This is a backfill position requiring immediate onboarding. The selected candidate will work closely with the outgoing consultant to ensure a smooth Knowledge Transfer (KT) and provide seamless support for Open Enrollment and related integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the client during the Open Enrollment period to ensure efficient execution of benefits enrollment processes.

Manage and troubleshoot integrations related to Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits module.

Participate in Knowledge Transfer sessions to quickly adapt to ongoing tasks and responsibilities.

Provide techno-functional expertise in benefits configuration and integration resolution.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant specializing in Benefits Enrollment.

Strong background in benefits integrations.

Hands-on, techno-functional expertise in the Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits module.

Excellent communication skills to work with stakeholders during critical project periods.
