Job Title: Oracle HCM Time & Labor Solution Architect

Location: 100% Remote

Visa: USC, GC, H1B Transfer, Any EAD

Overview: As the Oracle HCM Time and Labor Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Oracle HCM Cloud Time and Labor solutions. This role requires expertise in Oracle Cloud Time and Labor modules, detailed capability assessment fit, functional and technical design, business process analysis, and system integrations. You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and implementation partners to ensure efficient workforce time management and compliance with labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities Solution Design & Implementation:

· Lead the architecture, design, and deployment of Oracle HCM Cloud Time and Labor solutions

· Analyze business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into scalable solutions

· Develop and configure time rules, absence management, schedules, and payroll integrations

System Integration & Optimization:

· Collaborate with payroll, HR, and finance teams to ensure seamless data flow and integration with other modules

· Optimize system performance by leveraging best practices in Oracle HCM Cloud

· Ensure compliance with labor laws, union agreements, and company policies through system configurations

Stakeholder Collaboration:

· Act as the primary technical and functional advisor for Oracle Time and Labor solutions

· Work closely with business leaders, HR, and IT teams to understand time keeping needs

· Provide input for client change team for end-user training and documentation to ensure effective system adoption

Troubleshooting & Support:

· Diagnose and resolve system issues related to time tracking, scheduling, and payroll processing

· Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvements to Oracle HCM Cloud Time and Labor

Qualifications & Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR Technology, or a related field

· 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, with expertise in Time and Labor

· Strong knowledge of time tracking, absence management, payroll integration, and compliance requirements

· Experience in Oracle Cloud implementation, configuration, and support

· Familiarity with Fast Formulas, BI reporting, and Oracle HCM security roles

· Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
