**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly skilled **Oracle Incentive Compensation (OIC) Technical Specialist** to support, enhance, and optimize our Oracle Incentive Compensation environment. This role requires strong technical expertise, hands-on development skills, and the ability to collaborate with business users to deliver scalable and efficient solutions. The selected candidate must be willing to work **onsite from our New York office**.
**Key Responsibilities**
– Provide technical design, development, and support for **Oracle Incentive Compensation (OIC)** modules.
– Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
– Develop, enhance, and maintain OIC components including **payment plans, credit rules, compensation calculations, formulas, roles, and workflows**.
– Perform integration work between OIC and other Oracle modules (e.g., Oracle Order Management, AR, GL).
– Write and optimize PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and APIs related to OIC.
– Troubleshoot calculation engine issues, payment processing errors, workflow failures, and data discrepancies.
– Create technical documentation, solution design documents, and code deployment plans.
– Participate in testing cycles, validation of crediting/compensation logic, and performance tuning.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales Ops, IT) to ensure timely delivery of enhancements and fixes.
– Support production issues, provide root cause analysis, and propose long-term solutions.
**Required Skills & Experience**
– **10-18 years** of technical experience in Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud.
– **5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Incentive Compensation (OIC)**.
– Strong proficiency in **PL/SQL**, OIC APIs, Fast Formulas, Discoverer/OTBI reports.
– Experience with OIC configurations:
– Compensation Plans
– Credit Rules & Credit Allocation
– Transaction Processing
– Calculation Engine
– Performance Measures & Payout Rules
– Prior experience integrating OIC with Order Management, AR, and other upstream/downstream modules.
– Strong analytical and debugging skills for incentive and crediting logic.
– Excellent communication and ability to work with business users onsite.
– **Must be able to work from the New York office daily.**
**Preferred Qualifications**
– Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Incentive Compensation (IC).
– Prior work in Sales Operations or Compensation Management teams.
– Exposure to DW/BI reporting for incentive analytics.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $98,251.45 – $118,324.34 per year
