### **Role Requirements**

– Location: Remote
– Visa Status: H1B, GC, USC
– This role is C2C
– Act as a senior architect for medium to large projects or programs, participating in oversight and design activities.
– Take a leadership role within the architect community and leverage collaboration tools to enhance solution quality and project effectiveness.
– Lead Oracle Manufacturing, Inventory, Costing, Order Management, and Planning functional tracks on AST’s ERP Cloud engagements.
– Engage with clients by conducting workshops to define business requirements and present industry best practices.
– Perform gap analysis between delivered functionality and client requirements, recommending effective solutions.
– Provide subject matter expertise in Oracle Manufacturing, Inventory, Costing, and Supply Chain Planning within Cloud Applications.
– Design and configure systems to meet desired business processes and requirements.
– Collaborate with project teams and client employees to develop, test, and implement Oracle Cloud solutions.
– Develop testing scenarios, prepare test scripts, and lead teams through unit, integration, and acceptance testing.
– Facilitate training sessions and knowledge transfer activities.
– Participate in presales, innovation initiatives, and practice development efforts.
– Oracle Cloud Modules: Oracle Manufacturing, Oracle Inventory, Oracle Costing, Oracle Demand Planning, Oracle Supply Planning, Oracle Global Order Promising.
– 8–10+ years of Oracle ERP implementation experience in Oracle Cloud and EBS, operating at an Architect level.
– Strong experience in Inventory, Costing, Supply Chain Planning, and Manufacturing execution processes managed within ERP and advanced planning systems.
– Hands-on expertise in leading and implementing end-to-end core Supply Chain solutions, including Manufacturing, Order Management, Procurement, Shipping, with sound knowledge of WMS, Logistics, and Production Scheduling.
– Expert-level understanding of Manufacturing, Production Planning, and Scheduling processes: Planned Orders, Expedite Orders, Work Orders, Work Centers, and Capacity Constraints.
– In-depth knowledge of Manufacturing, Inventory, Costing, Supply Planning exceptions, and exception handling.
– Ability to monitor key supply chain metrics—such as inventory levels, order fill rates, lead times, and supplier performance—and recommend improvements.
– Experience in developing and implementing inventory and planning strategies to support supply and demand planning.
– Proven track record of completing multiple Oracle Cloud implementations.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while working with diverse teams.
– Capability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also being a collaborative team player willing to support others as needed.
– Strong communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal—with excellent active listening abilities.
– Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in approach.
– Cloud certifications in one or more Oracle SCM applications.
– Flexible, adaptable, and quick to embrace new projects with a positive, can-do attitude.
