Outpatient Family Medicine Physician

Job Description

The Iowa Primary Care Association is actively recruiting a **Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician** for a community health center, also called a federally qualified health center, in **Ottumwa, Iowa.**

* Flexibility in schedule – scheduled 40 hours per week.
* Clinic Hours M- F 7:00am-6:30pm.
* See 18-20 patients/day.
* 15-minute acute visits, 30-minute chronic visits.
* 3 exam rooms
* Medical team includes 4 providers, 11 clinical support staff, 6 therapists, 1 psychiatrist, and 2 PMHNPs. Dental on site too!
* No call
* No weekends
* No hospital coverage

### Requirements
* MD or DO from an accredited educational institution.
* Licensed to practice medicine in Iowa.

### Benefits
* $275,000 – $310,000 salary + quality and productivity incentives
* $50k sign on bonus.
