Entry Level Patent Technical Advisor (Intellectual Property)

We are currently seeking a Technical Advisor to join our client’s patent technology division in Mountain View, California. This is an entry level role open to candidates interested in pursuing a career in patent law. You will work with a team of attorneys and patent agents focused on intellectual property patent prosecution and litigation.

Previous patent law experience is NOT required!

Registration with the United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO) is NOT required!

MUST have advanced degree (Master’s or PhD).

Minimum Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Bioinformatics, Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Electrical Engineering,Computer Engineering, Physics or Computer Science
* Advanced degree (Master’s and/or PhD)
* Minimum 1+ year(s) of post-graduate work experience in a research, technical or related field
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

What We Offer

* Competitive Compensation: $90,000 – $115,000 annually
* Bonus: Yes – discretionary (based on individual and company performance)
