Job Description

**Job Title:** Perm – Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist – Anesthesia

**Location:** 1001 Bellefontaine Ave, Lima, OH 45804

**Shift:** Day 5×8-Hour (7:00 am-3:30 pm)

**Pay Rate:** $190,139-$200,000/Yearly.

**Submission Requirements**

* Board Certified AANA (by time of start) – **REQUIRED**
* OH license (or willing to obtain) – **REQUIRED**
* BLS, ACLS, & PALS (by time of start) – **REQUIRED**
* NRP – **HIGHLY PREFERRED**
* 3 years+ of employment experience as CRNA – **PREFERRED**
* Does the provider require visa support – J1 or H1B? (note in “Additional Submission Details” field) – **REQUIRED**

**Certification Requirements**

* ACLS
* BLS
* Board Certified
* PALS

**State License Requirements**

* Ohio

Pay: $190,139.00 – $200,000.00 per year
