**Job Title:** Perm – Physician – Hospitalist – OB

**Location:** 1150 N Indian Canyon Dr, Palm Springs, CA 92262

**Shift:** 24HourShift

**Pay Rate:** $234,000 – $328,500/Yearly.

**Submission Requirements**

* Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in OB/GYN – **REQUIRED**
* CA license (or willing to obtain) – **REQUIRED**
* OB Hospitalist work experience **- PREFERRED**
* Is provider interested in full-time or part-time employment? (note in “Additional Submission Details” field) – **REQUIRED**
* Does provider already live in the area or they willing to relocate? (note in “Additional Submission Details” field) – **REQUIRED**
* Does the provider require visa support – J1 or H1B? (note in “Additional Submission Details” field) – **REQUIRED**

* Board Certified
* Board Eligible

* California
