Physician – Family Medicine – Hastings, MI
Job Description
**Hastings Family Medicine** is looking for a physician to join their busy practice caring for patients across the generational spectrum. Practice currently has 1 physician and 2 Advanced Practice Providers.
**Team-based care** is supplemented with onsite RN, care managers, medical assistants working one-to-one with the physicians along with centralized social work, behavioral health, and pharmacy for consultation needs. On site lab draws, urgent care, occupational medicine as well as x-ray.

Qualifications:
* Required Bachelor’s Degree
* LIC-Physician (MD) – STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required Or
* LIC-Osteopathic Physician (DO) – STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
* CRT-DEA Registration – STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
* CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) – AHA American Heart Association 120 Days required Or
* CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) – ARC American Red Cross 120 Days required
* CRT-Adv Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – AHA American Heart Association If required by specialty or stress test performed 120 Days required.
