Job Description

**Permanent (Full Time)**

**Pay Rate: $330,000 to $400,000/Yearly.**

**Summary:**

* 100% focus on Infectious Disease for adult patients.
* Blend of inpatient (70%) and outpatient (30%) care.
* Work in a hospital setting with diverse and complex patient cases.
* Provide travel consultations, immunizations, and immigration physicals.
* Serve a wide range of patients, with options for outpatient IV antibiotics at home, in an infusion center, or nursing home.
* Participate in a weekly onsite CME program and additional CME/grand rounds opportunities via Mayo Clinic Care Network.
* Option to teach medical students and advanced practice trainees.
* Collaborate with a full complement of medical and surgical specialties, including interventional radiology.

**Submission Requirements**

* TRULY Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility with plans to test) or Board Certified in Infectious Diseases **Required**
* OH license **Required**
* Does the provider require visa support – J1 or H1B? **Required**
* Clean malpractice and license **Required**

* Board Certified
* Board Eligible

**State License Requirements**

* Ohio State License
