**🚀 We’re Hiring: PMO Project Manager (Consultant)**

Wenty is seeking an experienced PMO Project Manager to lead and manage a portfolio of global regulatory initiatives for a top financial client. This hybrid role demands a seasoned project manager skilled in traditional methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and process optimization to deliver high-impact results.

**📍 Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid – Locals only; must provide valid Arizona Driver’s License or State ID)**

**⏳ Duration: 12-month contract (extendable)**

**🛂 Work Authorization: Only candidates who are legally authorized to work in the U.S. are eligible (H1B, GC, GC EAD, or U.S. Citizens). Arizona residency with valid state-issued ID or driver’s license is required. No remote or out-of-state candidates will be considered.**

**📝 Interview Requirement: 2 rounds of client video interviews | Onsite 2nd Round(Mandatory)**

**🔑 Key Responsibilities:**

*End-to-End Project Ownership:*

– Lead high-volume regulatory projects from intake through completion, ensuring momentum and timely check-ins.

– Coordinate across internal and global teams/business units to resolve blockers and maintain project flow.

*Stakeholder Communication:*

– Deliver consistent, high-quality updates to VPs and senior leaders.

– Facilitate meetings, status reviews, and executive briefings with clarity and confidence.

*Dashboard & Reporting:*

– Use Power BI, PowerApps, Excel, and SharePoint to track and communicate project status.

– Develop/maintain dashboards that reveal progress, risks, and milestones.

*Process Management & Optimization:*

– Ensure workflows align with regulatory timelines and business priorities.

– Identify inefficiencies in current tools/processes and lead improvements.

*Tool Integration:*

– Oversee integration between Power BI, Excel, and SharePoint for streamlined reporting/data visibility.

– Transform disjointed systems into cohesive project tracking environments.

**🛠 Required Skills:**

– 10+ years of project management experience with proven success in global or regulatory environments.

– Expertise with Power BI, PowerApps, Excel, and SharePoint for dashboard/reporting.

– Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple projects in a matrixed organization.

– Excellent communication; able to translate project progress into actionable insights for senior leadership.

– Experience driving process optimization and tool integration.

– Certification in PMP or similar is preferred.
