The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a(n) POS and Chargeback Onboarding Analyst you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:* *Lead, improve and document onboarding process for distributors.*
* *Collaborate cross functionally to achieve onboarding targets.*
* *Support multiple workstreams as needed.*
* *Own operational relationship with assigned distributors working end to end process for POS and chargeback accounts.*
* *Implement solutions with distributors regularly to reduce errors, improve data quality and prevent errors from occurring.*
* *Willingness to be on-call during constraints.*

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:* High school diploma and five (5) years of experience in POS and CB within the medical industry.

AND
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:* Minimum of three (3) year of experience working with managing relationship with key distributors and working cross-functionally is required.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:* 5+ years of experience on SAP/Vistex, SF cases, MS Excel, MS Power Point, pivot tables, and formulas.
* Existing knowledge of chargeback claims processing and order management systems.
* Demonstrated ability to drive E2E process improvements in the space of chargebacks and point of sale.
* Experience utilizing LEAN processes.
* Green Belt trained.

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $94,018 – $114,911, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
