Validate backup and restore through testing and will perform day to day troubleshooting.

From a day to day perspective they will support PX daily operations,

Assist client to achieve performance optimization of their applications through Portworx and provide knowledge transfer to storage team.

Mentor and shadowing of customer staff to guide the adoption of best practices and sound process of Portworx.

Review environment and provide recommendations on procedures, functionality, and efficiency.

Provide informal knowledge transfer of new technology to ready customer staff for operational duties.

Provide proactive and reactive advice on issues regarding upgrades, patches, and updates.

Provide recommendations and assistance with migration to Portworx.

Availability, capacity, and performance audits and assist with recommended changes.

Perform configuration and environment reviews with customer staff.

Perform evaluations of new features and functionalities with customer staff.

Provide enhanced support escalation to support team when needed.
