Job Title: Power Automate & SQL Developer (Contract-to-Hire – Remote, US-Based)

Location: Remote (U.S. Based Candidates Only)

Duration: 3 Months (Contract-to-Hire)

About the Role:

We are hiring a Power Automate & SQL Developer to support workflow automation and reporting projects across our platforms. This is a 3-month C2H (Contract-to-Hire) opportunity designed for candidates who are eager to learn, grow, and make an impact with real-world automation solutions.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain Microsoft Power Automate workflows to streamline business operations
* Write and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures for reporting and data processing
* Integrate systems such as ATS, CRM, and Power BI
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
* Work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset

Requirements:

* 1–3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate and SQL
* Understanding of relational databases and data integration
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Willingness to learn and contribute to innovative solutions
* Bonus: Experience with APIs, Twilio, or HubSpot
