**Role:** Principal Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Consultant

**Client:** Oracle Platinum Implementation Partner

**Term:** Permanent

**Home Base:** Remote in US or Canada

**Work Authorization:** All accepted – client provides H1B Visa & Green Card sponsorship.

**Standard Base Salary for Delivery/Implementation Lead Role:** $150K – $160K + Benefits

**Primary Module Experience Needed:** Oracle Cloud HCM, Payroll, Tax Filings

**Job Summary:**

Our client is seeking a Principal Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Consultant to join their Managed Services practice. This position is focused on guiding and assisting clients with day-to-day system support of Oracle Cloud HCM modules. The consultant will work closely with client teams to resolve issues, troubleshoot, perform maintenance, and continuously enhance the system to optimize business operations. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with Oracle Cloud HCM business processes and possess a strong understanding of Payroll Processing, Garnishments, and Tax Filings.

**Minimum and/or Preferred Qualifications:**

* **Consulting Experience:** 10 to 15 years of consulting or industry experience with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
* **Oracle HCM Knowledge:** Comprehensive understanding of Payroll Processing, Garnishments, Tax Filings, and general Payroll processes within an organization.
* **Technical Expertise:** In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM, including system configuration, testing, and end-user training.
* **Project Leadership:** Proven ability to lead and manage different projects, understanding both business-related drivers and technical parameters.
* **Communication Skills:** Ability to effectively manage communication with client senior levels, seeing the “big picture” as well as the details.
* **Mentorship:** Proven ability to lead and mentor other associates, fostering a collaborative team environment.

**Must Have:**

* **Oracle Cloud HCM:** Minimum 6+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM.
* **Payroll Expertise:** Extensive experience in Oracle Cloud or EBS Payroll, with a solid grasp of various technologies.
* **Consulting Experience:** Previous experience with an Oracle Partner and/or System Implementer.
* **Project Management:** Demonstrated ability to plan work, manage priorities, and deliver projects on time with commitment to quality.
* **Legislative Knowledge:** Local knowledge of Legislative Payroll Requirements and common business pay practices.

**Skill Requirements:**

**Certificates:**

* Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud Service 2021 Certified Implementation Specialist – preferred.
* Oracle Payroll Cloud 2021 Certified Implementation Specialist – preferred.
