We are seeking a bilingual (English/Mandarin) professional with a background in Supply Chain, Accounting, or business management to join our campus operations team. In this role, you will support procurement execution and cross-functional project management in a manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating complex workflows, facilitating communication across departments, and driving results.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement Support & Project Execution

– Assist sourcing and procurement tasks, including vendor identification, quote comparison, and onboarding management (MSA)
– Support procurement-related documentation and ensure compliance with internal processes
– Analyze procurement risks and address on-site abnormal issues promptly
– Monitor procurement progress to align with project timelines

Project Management & Operational Tracking

– Maintain task trackers and dashboards for ongoing projects
– Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time task delivery
– Identify potential risks or delays and propose mitigation plans

Cross-Functional Communication & Collaboration

– Act as a liaison among engineering, sourcing, finance, and operations teams
– Resolve misunderstandings, execution conflicts, and support escalation coordination

Business Needs Analysis & Problem Solving

– Understand the needs and challenges of business units and execute root causes analysis
– Coordinate with functional teams to utilize resources and implement solutions

Qualifications
Required:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Accounting, or related fields
– Understanding of U.S. manufacturing or operations environment
– Fluent in Mandarin is highly preferred due to frequent interactions with suppliers and internal teams in Taiwan/China
– Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in cross-team collaboration
– Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and collaborative tools

Preferred:

– 1-3 years of experience in Procurement Management & Vendor Management
– Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
– Comfortable working in a multicultural, matrix-style organization

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour

Experience:

– Purchasing: 1 year (Preferred)
– Procurement: 1 year (Preferred)
