THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a curious and driven Product Management Coordinator to join our Revenue Team and impact the fastest growing, most exciting drivers of IL MAKIAGE’s future. Your core focus will be on our rapidly growing subscription business. You will have the unique opportunity to propel one of IL MAKIAGE’s most important pillars of growth to the next level and play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategies to optimize our subscription offerings and enhance overall revenue performance. You will work closely with Product Manager(s) and engineers within the Revenue Team as well as the VP of Revenue to execute on some of the team’s highest priority initiatives.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
* Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for subscription program improvement and ensure our products remain competitive
* Help drive revenue and profitability growth through the development and optimization of subscription products, upsell opportunities, and retention strategies
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical project managers, developers, designers and analysts, to bring customer-focused products (specifically subscription products) from ideation to launch
* Help manage and focus a development team via well-structured sprints and tasks in JIRA
* Implement A/B testing and other methodologies to optimize product features and user engagement
* Leverage a wide range of analytical tools including Alteryx, Excel, Google Analytics, Looker, etc. to measure A/B test results and communicate findings
* Work closely with CX and Subscription dedicated teams to address issues, gather insights, and continuously improve the product experience
* Constantly and proactively monitor subscription product health – flagging and fixing potential issues/bugs, quantifying improvement, and measuring the results of tests
* Broadly support the Revenue team in any and all growth or maintenance-oriented business activity

* Quick and resourceful self-learner
* UI/UX focused with strong attention to detail
* Proficiency with design tools such as Figmas is a plus

* This position is hiring for an immediate start, with some flexibility
* This position is in-office in Soho, New York
