The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
Supervise and manage all functions involved in the production of 3M products in a safe and economic fashion. Responsible for:* direct supervision,
* training,
* safety performance,
* product quality,
* cost control,
* employee communications,
* employee morale,
* productivity
Your Skills and Expertise* The ability to work 3:30pm – 11:30pm CDT Monday – Friday (with flexibility to come in early and work later as needed).
* The ability to train or first or third shift for the first month.
* Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 1) one year of leadership experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
OR* High School Diploma/GED from AND five (4) four years of manufacturing experience and (1) one year of leadership in a private, public, government or military environment.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:* Previous Supervisory or Management experience
* Experience leading or participating in continuous improvement projects
* Excellent people skills including the ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate effectively
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignment
* Microsoft Office proficiency
Onsite : Columbia, MO
Travel: May include up to 10% [domestic/international]
Relocation Assistance: May be authorized

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $82,370 – $100,675, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
