Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to oversee and manage multiple projects, ensuring seamless delivery and alignment with business goals. This is not a traditional Project Manager role; we require a true Program Manager with extensive experience in managing complex, multi-faceted programs and leading multiple interconnected projects.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing AWS migration and transformation projects, along with expertise in handling a portfolio of 7 8 projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Management:

Lead, manage, and oversee a program comprising 7 8 concurrent projects.

Ensure alignment of all projects with strategic goals and objectives.

Coordinate cross-project activities and dependencies to achieve program success.

AWS Migration/Transformation:

Plan, execute, and manage AWS migration and cloud transformation initiatives.

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless cloud migration while minimizing risks and disruptions.

Provide guidance on AWS best practices and frameworks.

Stakeholder Communication:

Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, project teams, and leadership.

Report on program progress, risks, and outcomes to senior management and other stakeholders.

Risk and Issue Management:

Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks.

Implement effective solutions to address challenges across projects.

Budget and Resource Management:

Manage program budgets, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.

Allocate resources effectively across projects and resolve resource conflicts.

Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor project managers and other team members involved in the program.

Foster collaboration and drive high-performance teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Program Management Expertise:

Minimum of 8 10 years of experience in program management, preferably in large-scale IT environments.

Strong knowledge of program and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, SAFe).

AWS Migration Experience:

Hands-on experience overseeing AWS migration and cloud transformation projects.

Understanding of cloud architectures, tools, and best practices.

Multi-Project Oversight:

Proven ability to manage a portfolio of 7 8 simultaneous projects with interdependencies.

Experience managing projects involving cross-functional teams.

Technical Knowledge:

Familiarity with cloud technologies, IT infrastructure, and DevOps practices.

Knowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar program management tools.

Soft Skills:

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
