The Impact You’ll Make In This Role

As a Project Leader you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

* Acting as one central point of contact for the project, both internally and externally. Leads large cross functional and cross geographic projects, leveraging resources, which may be global, across the business unit, as well as typically across several disciplines, to achieve timely completion of project deliverables.
* Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
* Manage changes to the project’s scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques. Work with clients to define expected project outcomes and deliverables.
* Develop detailed project plans, monitor, track and report progress. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
* Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Report and escalate to management as needed

Your Skills And Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university AND a minimum of (7) seven years of equivalent experience in Project Management, Process Improvement or Continuous Improvement in a private, public, government or military environment

OR

* High School diploma from an accredited institution AND a minimum of (11) eleven years of equivalent experience in Project Management, Process Improvement or Continuous Improvement in a private, public, government or military environment

Additional qualifications that will help you succeed even further in this role include:

* Lead and motivate project teams and stakeholders; interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with a broad range of people, and adaptability to be flexible and adjust to changing priorities in a private, public, government or military environment
* Ability to effectively communicate ideas and information to other individuals and team, proven ability to maintain a positive attitude in a team environment
* Solid organizational and time management skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
* Experience using collaboration tools to manage and communicate with remote teams, and excellent verbal, written, analytical problem solving and organizational skills
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
* PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred

Travel: May include up to 20% (domestic/international)

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $137,439 – $167,981, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
