The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As an Implementation Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:* Enacting as one central point of contact for the project, both internally and externally. Coordinate internal resources, client and third parties/vendors (as needed) for the flawless execution of projects.
* Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
* Manage changes to the project’s scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques. Work with clients to define expected project outcomes and deliverables.
* Develop detailed project plans, monitor, track, and report progress. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
* Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Report and escalate to management as needed.
* Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
* Actively participates in relevant corporate programs/initiatives, complies with professional and quality standards, complies with corporate policies and procedures, and acts in a manner consistent with Solventum’s values and ethical standards.
* Leads project teams to successful completion of projects that are typically small to medium scale with the risk confined to the project and low to moderate business impact. Plans, direct, and coordinates activities and management of the implementation process in a timely, cost effective manner, while meeting the quality expectations of the client. Possesses proven project expertise recognized within the business.
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum is looking for candidates who must have the basic qualifications:* Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university
OR* High School Diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution and a minimum of 5 years of experience in Healthcare or Information Systems industry in lieu of the bachelor’s degree education requirement.
* 3 years of experience in Health information and/or IT arena.
* 3 years of experience working directly with clients.
* 3 years of project management experience in healthcare and/or information technology sector.
Preferred Qualifications:* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
* Knowledge of Solventum HIS products.
* Working knowledge of Health Information Management (HIM) and/or Health Information technology (HIT).
* Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
* Experience using collaboration tools to manage and communicate with remote teams.
* Ability to effectively communicate ideas and information to other individuals and team.
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
* Proven ability to maintain a positive attitude in a team environment.

Travel: May include up to 10%

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $119,076 – $145,537, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
