**Primary Skills: Project Management Skills (APPS)-Program Management-Program Management**
**Skills**
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).

5+ years of experience in project or program management within an Agile environment.

Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP, PMP, or equivalent.

Proven experience using Rally and JIRA for managing project flows and performance.

Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end execution of complex programs while balancing scope, cost, quality, and deadlines.

Exceptional stakeholder management, verbal and written communication, and negotiation skills.

Adaptive leadership style; able to motivate teams and influence cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.
