Need Banking Or Finance domain in recent projects

Experience : 10+ years

Skills & Qualifications:

The Project Manager will manage client projects and new products within the BFSI domain, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and scope. This role requires strong project management skills, with a focus on business relations, technical workflows, and budgeting, all while aligning with NPST s strategic goals.

Job responsibilities:

* Should have experience Banking operation Experience(Loan Deposit, Etc)
* Coordinate with internal resources and clients for the flawless execution of projects.
* Ensure that all the projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
* Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
* Developing Project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
* Ensure resource availability and allocation.
* Develop a detailed Project plan to track progress.
* Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in Project scope, schedule and costs.
* Measure Project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
* Report and escalate to management as needed.
* Manage effective relationship with the client.
* Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
* Establish and maintain good relationships with clients.
* Responsible to make sure the quality standards are met.
